When do you pick me up in Prague City?
We pick you up in front of your door 3 hours before your flight departures.
When do you leave the airport?
The minibus leaves the airport not later than 60 minutes after the flight arrived. If the flight has a delay, you will be automatically booked for the next available transfer. Please note that flight delays are out of our control and all complaints has to be sent to the airline.
Where is the meeting point at the airport?
Our drivers wait inside the airport in the arrival hall.
Until when can I make or change a booking?
You can book your transfer or change your booked transfer until 18:00pm the day before your trip.
Do you offer discounted rates for babies and children?
praguetransfer.net charges the same rate for all occupied seats.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed automatically. Right after the booking you can print your voucher, that is the document for your transfer. We also send the voucher via e-mail, but to be on the safe side we advise you to print your voucher after the succesful transaction.
How long does the journey take between Prague City and Prague Airport?
The trip takes the same time as with a taxi, approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Delay of flight
If your flight is delayed you are automatically booked for the next available transfer (on the same day).
